Description use10 - Stata module to import data in Stata 10 format into Stata 9 use10 will import to Stata 9 the files saved from Stata 10 without the saveold facility. The only new feature changed in Stata 10 data format compared to Stata 9 data format is formatting of the variables. Thus the data can be transferred losslessly, and formatting is lost only for date-time variables. Skilled users can change a special call-back file use10reformat.ado to accomodate any changes in formats they demand.
Use10 was released in October, 2008.
